A HEAVENLY GIFT: BANDARBAN

Bandarban a district of  Chittagong division and mapped in southeast corner of Bangladesh. It is regarded as one the most amazing and dazzling tourist hot spot in Bangladesh for its mystrious characteristics and heavenly scenic beauty. This eventually gets really hard to leave if anyone visits Bandarban. The scenic beauty will undoubtedly lock your soul.The three highest peak of Bangladesh
Tahjindong (or Bijoy), Mowdok Mual (or Saka Haphong) and Keokradong are in this hilly heaven. Anyone can easily hike through the jungle and hilly rivers to win any of these three god’s creations. There are so many waterfalls hidden through the hills of Bandarban would appear in your hiking. The exotic offerings such as foods, tribal handicrafts etc from the tribal people will delight your heart. Meanwhile you can easily experience the tribal culture very closely.
The area of the main town of Bandaraban district also known as BandarabnSadar is nearly 52 km² with a dwellers of about 32,000 people, of which the majority are Bengalis  and Marma tribes. There is a Tribal Cultural Institute here, which features a library and a museum. The  town also features Bandarban sadar Hospital (offering the best medical service in the district), the District Public Library, Bandarban Government College, the District Stadium, Banashri, the solitary movie theatre, the royal cemetery, and, of course, the Royal Palace (two of them since the 11th and 13th royal lines both claim the throne). Apart from the numerous kiangs(Buddhist prayer hall) and mosques, there is a temple dedicated to Kali, the most revered goddess of Hindus is Bangladesh, as well as a centre maintained by ISKON.
